Friends That ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Friends That Travel and Friends That Game iOS applications (collectively, the "Apps"). This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
Friends That is a DBA currently pending formal filing. The Apps are private, invite-only iOS applications distributed via Apple's TestFlight program. They are not publicly available on the App Store at this time.
Account information. We use Sign in with Apple for authentication. When you sign in, Apple provides us with a stable user identifier and, at your option, your name and email address. We store this information in Firebase to identify your account across sessions.
Information you provide. The Apps are designed for small, private groups. Information you enter — such as trip details, itinerary events, expenses, game sessions, and scores — is stored in Firebase Firestore and shared in real time with other members of your group. Do not enter information you would not want other members of your group to see.
Receipts and attachments (Friends That Travel). If you attach photos or PDF files to expenses, those files are uploaded to Firebase Storage and are accessible to members of your travel group.
Feedback. Both Apps include an optional feedback tab for beta testers. Feedback you submit is stored in Firebase and may be visible to other testers in your group.
Usage data. Firebase may automatically collect certain technical data such as device type, operating system version, and crash reports. We use this data solely to maintain and improve the Apps.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for advertising.
Firebase (Google). We use Firebase for authentication, real-time database sync (Firestore), and file storage. Firebase is operated by Google LLC. Data processed by Firebase is subject to Google's privacy policy.
Apple Sign in. Authentication is handled by Apple. Apple's handling of your credentials is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
WeatherKit (Friends That Travel). The Travel app may use Apple's WeatherKit service to display weather information for your trip destination. WeatherKit is subject to Apple's privacy policy.
Your data is shared with other members of your travel group or game session as required to operate the Apps. We do not share your data with any third parties beyond the Firebase and Apple services described above.
Your data is retained in Firebase for as long as your account exists or as long as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at the address below.
The Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.
You may delete your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. Because the Apps use Sign in with Apple, you may also revoke our access to your Apple ID at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings → [your name] → Password & Security → Apps Using Apple ID).
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when we do. Continued use of the Apps after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
